About the Role:
As a Jr. Operations Specialist at Edvido, you will play an integral role in our operations team, contributing from day one to building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with brands, agencies, and software companies. You will guide users through their growth journey, ensuring a seamless and positive experience as they engage with Edvido. This is a full-time role with a hybrid work model, requiring collaboration both remotely and in-person at our office.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential service providers and decision-makers through phone, LinkedIn, and email.
- Arrange and manage meetings to connect service providers with users.
- Oversee user experience, ensuring smooth interactions from their initial engagement with Edvido.
- Provide consultative support to users, helping them articulate their needs and matching them with suitable agencies or software companies.
- Collect feedback to improve our product, matching processes, and user satisfaction.
- Suggest improvements to enhance the loyalty of users and service providers.
- Assist in resolving conflicts between users and service providers to ensure effective collaboration.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in digital agencies, start-ups, e-commerce, or technology companies is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing techniques.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Turkish.
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, analytical, and a good problem solver.
- Passionate about customer satisfaction and teamwork.
- Availability to work full-time (5 days a week) in a hybrid work model.
