JOB DESCRIPTION

At Teknasyon, the Creative Content Team creates together—from idea to publication. Concepts are shaped in shared brainstorms, sets are built side by side, the rhythm comes together, and content goes live as one team.

We are hiring a hands-on creative to join as a Video Content Creator — the backbone of this flow.

The role will plan, shoot, and edit short-form for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, and produce long-form YouTube shows end to end. Filming will happen in the in-house studio, between desks around the office, and on location at events that will blow minds.

This hire will turn that rhythm into epic memories.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Brainstorm with the Creative Content Team and turn briefs into lean plans,

• Plan, shoot, and produce short-form (TikTok/IG Reels/YouTube Shorts) and long-form YouTube shows end to end; in the studio, around the office, and on location,

• Set up and run studio & mobile shoots. Operate mirrorless/DSLR cameras and lenses,

• Turn TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube dynamics, trends, and formats into on-brand ideas,

• Work closely with talent and, when needed, external creators, owning the process from initial briefing to final delivery,

• Edit in Premiere/CapCut and export platform-ready versions,

• Shoot photography for posts and event coverage; retouch in Lightroom/Photoshop.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• 3+ years in social-native video production and editing,

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut; After Effects and Photoshop/Lightroom are a plus,

• Proficiency with AI production tools,

• Sharp feel for storytelling, pacing, and the first-three-seconds hook,

• Solid fundamentals in lighting, framing, and audio; comfortable operating as a one-person crew when needed,

• Familiar with studio & run-and-gun setups,

• Experiment-minded; able to adapt, remix, and create native formats without losing brand voice,

• Strong creative and analytical thinking; solution-oriented, collaborative, clear communicator,

• Good level of written and spoken English,

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
