Qualifications

  • Bachelor/Post Graduate degree in relevant field,
  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing management, Media agency experience is preferred
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Turkish
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Attention to detail,
  • Proactive, problem-solving, eager to learn with an optimistic attitude.
  • Provide insightful analysis of campaigns and their results
  • Hands-on experience in performance marketing channels such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Tiktok
  • Knowledge of Google & FB Ads
  • Knowledge of digital marketing terms like CPC, CTR, CPA, CPI, Retention etc.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and other tools
  • Ability to report, analyze and understand data
  • Team-work oriented, self-motivated and open-minded
  • Outstanding analytical skills to make data-driven decisions and strength in data analysis

Responsibilities:

  • Manage, review, and perform daily account responsibilities associated with key platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Google Search, Google Display etc.)
  • Deliver excellent operational, optimization and reporting skills with team
  • Ensures best practice on operational duties
  • Follows campaign results on flight and ensures necessary actions are taken to deliver campaign objectives through optimizations
  • Being sure reports are delivered on time with outputs including learning, insights and action plans if necessary
  • Continuously look for opportunities to improve service quality through, work flows, automatization and new technologies
  • Deep understanding of campaign strategies, plan details and media ecosystem
  • Good understanding of client needs
  • Good understanding of tool relations
  • Finds solutions and make suggestions regarding the campaign needs, ideas, audience approaches etc.
  • Ability to build strong internal relationships across the whole team, client contacts, publishers and other agencies
  • Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns on all channels such as Facebook, Google, and other ad networks by data-driven decisions
  • Continuously A/B test and try to find new approaches based on the results
  • Reporting campaign results on daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Implement successful optimization strategies based on reported data.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to provide KPI insights to produce new key creatives.
